James T. Capretz
A native of Louisiana, James T. Capretz obtained his Bachelors degree in Business Administration (B.B.A) in 1961 and his L.L.B. in 1963 from Loyola University. Mr. Capretz is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States District Courts in California and Louisiana, as well as the United States District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Capretz has served as a Judge pro Tem and a member of the Arbitration Panel in the Orange County Superior Court. He completed the Harvard Law School Mediation Workshop for Lawyers and is a public mediator for the National Association of Security Dealers. Mr. Capretz was the founder of an alternative dispute resolution service called ProMediate, begun in 1992 to resolve complex civil litigation matters. The Orange County Business Journal named him in the initial publication of the top 50 most influential business people in the Orange County.
James T. Capretz is also an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and has served as Special Master for the State Bar of California. Mr. Capretz has 30 years of experience handling commercial litigation, medical devices products liability, mediation, and complex litigation and pharmacy law cases.
Don K. Ledgard
Don K. Ledgard received a Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Western State University School of Law in Fullerton, California. Mr. Ledgard is admitted to the California bar and to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California. He is an active member of the Orange County Bar, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Association of the Trial lawyers of America. His practice areas include pharmaceutical litigation, medical device litigation, and personal injury.

A native of Wisconsin, Larry A. Sebastian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1997. Mr. Sebastian is admitted to the California bar (1998) and to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Sebastian is also active in the American Bar and the Public Investors Bar Associations. Bringing years of business experience to the firm, Mr. Sebastian's area of practice include civil litigation and complex litigation, stock investor arbitration claims, and medical products liability
Michael G. Bosko
Michael G. Bosko received his Bachelor’s Degree from Stanford University in 1987 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Harvard University Law School in 1992. Mr. Bosko is admitted to practice in California (1992) and before the United States District Court in the Central District of California.
